5. Recommendation Form: You must provide contact information for one teacher or instructor who can speak to your curiosity, effort, and potential as a learner. This may be a science teacher or another academic instructor who has seen your engagement and growth. Recommenders should be individuals who have taught or supervised you in an educational setting (not family members or friends). Make sure to ask your recommender for permission before submitting their name and email. In order to consider your application complete, the form must be completed by the application due date on Friday, January 30, 2026.
6. Short Answer Questions: You will respond to several short-answer and reflection prompts about your interest in science, your experiences, your future goals, and your personal story. These questions help us get to know you beyond your transcript and grades.
7. Attachments: You will be asked to upload a PDF copy of your high school transcript. Your unweighted GPA and current class schedule must be visible. Screenshots and portal links are not accepted.
