My laboratory focuses on understanding and harnessing innate immune cells—such as natural killer (NK) cells, innate lymphoid cells (ILCs), and macrophages—for cancer immunotherapy. We also develop CAR NK cells, CAR T cells, CAR macrophages, and oncolytic viruses to treat various hematologic malignancies and solid tumors.
